Message	ago. Dell supposedly shipped a replacement laptop to me. 3 weeks later and no laptop. I get the tracking # from Dell that shows Delivery to an address that WASN'T mine or didn't even exist. Anyway Dell tells me I need to take it up with UPS and UPS tells me I need to take it up Dell. The old runaround if you will. Well I called my couzin who is an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the State of Michigan and told her everything, gave her tracking #'s and copies of all the e-mails back and forth from Dell. To make a long story short, about 3 hours later I got a call from Dell in Texas and said they would refund my CC within 10 days and they did......assholes! Anyway, I hope your driveshaft shows up soon, thats just wrong to be waiting all this time to get up and running and then have this shit happen. Good luck with UPS....
